Winemaking The grapes of Mas d’en Pol Blanc are picked in the first two weeks of September. It is macerated for 4 hours. The fermentation takes place at a temperature between 16°C – 18°C. In order to guarantee a maximum of freshness in the finished product, the wine has to be bottled contemporary.
Description The wine has a bright yellow color with a slight green sheen. The clarity and brightness of the wine shows its freshness. Due to the grapes Muscatel and Sauvignon Blanc, the wine gets its intensive aroma. Both the citrus aromas and the aroma of crystallized fruits are the crucial factor for the harmony in this wine.
