Winemaking |
The grapes of the Mas d’en Pol Negre are picked in the third and fourth week of September and then macerated for about 20 to 25 days. The fermentation takes place at a temperature between 26°C – 28°C. Before the wine will be bottled, it stays in a stainless steel tank for 4 months. |
Description |
Bright cherry – red with slight violet hues. This wine has a very strong bouquet with a slight mineral note. It is very zesty and concentrated to the taste – the fine tannins and balsamic notes complemented this wine. |
